Paul Tidwell

Head of Digital

Paul is an experienced digital leader with extensive leadership financial services experience. While still finishing his computer science degree at the University of Texas, Paul started developing high-performance active trader platforms for a a fintech startup that was acquired by Charles Schwab. This led to extensive work supporting VWAP trading algorithms and real time P&L calculations as a service for other areas of the business, including the first institutional trading API for Schwab.

He later joined projekt202, a leading in experience-led research, design, and development services firm where he served first as a Technical Architect and later as CTO. Under his oversight or directly as an architect he successfully delivered solutions for auto lending origination, home mortgage lending, information architecture and knowledge management for institutional traders, a custom CRM for ultra-high net worth customers, a white label mobile banking app, and a SaaS platform for Retirement Investment Advisors.

He led a digital transformation for a large global investment bank as they transitioned to an agile, capability-based operating model while building human-centered design competency. From delivering working applications and solutions to internal users and consumers to building teams of risk and compliance-savvy engineers to develop modern controls, there isn't much he hasn't seen.


Greg Morantz

Greg has a proven track record of leading successful experience teams and initiatives across various agencies as well as large financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab.


Greg played a key role in shaping and launching startups for BBVA's New Digital Business venture team, guiding them from concept to Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). As a co-leader of BBVA's Bank of the Future project, he spearheaded explorations into cutting-edge trends and crafted prototypes that envisioned the future of banking experiences.


He is also a thought leader, co-authoring a white paper on AI implementation into large enterprises and co-founding the SF Emerging Technology meetup group, providing a platform for industry leaders to discuss forthcoming trends and their impacts on design.


Anna Shaw
Senior Director

Anna is passionate about strategic brand and digital product experiences that matter in people’s lives. She has led ground-up design efforts at early-stage consumer finance and health-tracking start-ups. Previously, she served as Director of Brand and Interaction Design at Smart Design, where she coached multi-disciplinary teams on digital evolution and innovation programs for Fortune 100 companies. You’ll find her baking and trying to get back into metalsmithing in her spare time.
